Web 2.0, Demystifying the Newest “it” Term

This week, at Eye for Travel’s Travel Distribution Summit in Latin America, Edward A. Cespedes, President and CEO of Tralliance, spoke during the opening day’s session on this “it” topic. For the bilingual, travel professional audience, it was important to explain the theme from an educational standpoint where each could take away tips as to how to best reach its customers while emphasizing the global and multicultural component of Web 2.0.

New policies designed to make .travel domain names more relevant and accessible drove significant sales increases in January. According to Edward A. Celebrating a new beginning for .travel

Tralliance is celebrating a new beginning for .travel. In December, new policy changes were put in place, and purchases and use of .travel domain names have increase significantly. The renewed interest by the industry in its own top-level domain is very exciting.
