FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – April 28, 2008- .travel launched its new 2.0 website at www.travel.travel. Formerly informational in nature, the new website includes 2.0 features such as a .travel blog and interactive media tools to nurture collaboration amongst the .travel community.

The new site includes components such as photo slideshows, videos, and interviews with the .travel executive team. To enhance the level of participation from the travel community, the company has also added the .travel blog. The blog will be a two-way dialogue between the .travel team and the travel and tourism community.

TTPC Announced Significant Growth in New York City

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – APRIL 9, 2008- Addressing the Annual General Meeting of The Travel Partnership Corporation, Tralliance President and CEO, Edward A. Cespedes, reported significant progress with the .travel Registry and its effects on the global travel industry.

The Travel Partnership Corporation was created to promote the addition of the top level domain known as .travel to the Internet. As a component of the Travel Partnership Corporation’s yearly calendar, the association members gathered in New York City for a general meeting to discuss the state of .travel regarding its role to the travel community, progress, adoption of policy changes, and how .travel will participate in the future of the travel and tourism industry.

Tralliance Issues Reminder to Customers Regarding Bulk Purchase Program

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – February 12, 2008- Tralliance Corporation would like to take this opportunity to remind customers of the bulk purchase program established on December 17, 2007.
Tralliance Corporation, the Registry of the .travel top level domain, has developed a bulk purchase program designed to expand the Registry and to promote wide-spread use of the .travel domain name. Momentum Building for .travel

New policies designed to make .travel domain names more relevant and accessible drove significant sales increases in January.

On December 21, 2007, Tralliance Corporation amended its eligibility policies to focus more on
use of .travel domain names. Companies acquiring .travel domain names must now ensure that they resolve to relevant websites within 60 days. Any bona fide member of the travel industry can own any .travel domain name(s) as long as they adhere to the new policies.
